Common questions
Before you sign up
I'm already using Tradify (or ServiceM8). Is it worth switching?
If you can answer 'what was the actual margin on my last ten jobs?' in under thirty seconds, probably not. If you can't, that's the gap Bizzie fills. Import takes under an hour and we don't charge during your trial.
Do I really need to enter all my costs upfront?
No. Start with one service and a couple of crew. Bizzie's defaults use current Australian award rates, super percentages and WorkCover bands, so you are never starting from zero. Add the rest as you go.
I'm a sole trader. Is this overkill?
If you bill more than $50k a year and quote your own work, knowing your real margin pays for itself in a week. Starter is built for one-to-three person teams.
Can I import my existing clients?
Yes. CSV import covers clients, properties and services, and we will help you if it gets sticky.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
